When the news is too focussed on politics, its coverage on political issue is more than important stuff people are complaining about such as GST or scholarship or other. 

For news on politics, they called on random people to give their opinion, they called experts for interview but when it comes to things the society are complaining everyday, they did not make such an effort. 

This is exactly why it is important to have freedom of speech .To help those who rely on news as their information , to know that there are differing opinion in the society and make them realise that the news could be very one sided/ bias.
